Where do you ship from?

Festivesl works closely with top global merchants from around the world to source and curate the most unique products on the market for you at the best prices. We travel the world to meet trusted suppliers and bring together a range of interesting and trendy products so you don't have to drive to a retail store and search thousands of different websites to compare prices and get ideas...think We serve as your one-stop shop destination for the most popular products. 

Order tracking

When you place an order, you will receive a purchase confirmation email confirming your order number and purchase details. You can cancel your order or change your shipping information until midnight on the day of your order. After 6 hours, your order will be processed for inventory, packing and shipping, which usually takes 2-7 business days. Once complete, you will receive a shipping confirmation email.

Once your order ships, we will send you another shipping update email with your tracking number. To track your package, just click on the link provided. Tracking information may not be available for the first few days after you receive the shipping update email. Several days may pass between package scans. We assure you that this is normal and will not affect your estimated delivery date.

Delivery time

Orders from the US: Delivery date and time is approximately 2-6 weeks from the ship date (depending on the strictness of your state customs).

Orders from outside the US: Delivery date and time is approximately 4-6 weeks from the ship date (depending on the customs strictness of your country).

Returns and exchanges

What is your cancellation policy?

You have 6 hours on the same day to cancel your order and receive a refund after your purchase. If you try to cancel your order after receiving the shipping confirmation email, we will not be able to issue a refund because the item has already been packaged and shipped to you.

What is the return policy?

If your product is damaged or defective, please email us with the subject line "Returns: Damaged or Defective Items in Your Order#" and a photo so we can immediately consider sending you a new one.

The return policy only applies to damaged items or products with any manufacturing issues. No refunds or changes will be made once the product has been successfully delivered in normal condition.

We do not refund shipping charges. Return shipping is paid by the buyer .
